Let’s Know what Pravesh Verma said – Pravesh Verma was elected MLA from Mehrauli seat in the 2013 assembly elections. In 2015, he won the Lok Sabha elections as a BJP candidate from West Delhi seat. In the year 2019, he again contested from West Delhi Lok Sabha seat and won by a margin of more than 4.78 lakh votes. Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Pravesh Verma, who defeated Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal by more than 4,000 votes in the New Delhi assembly constituency, has given an important assurance to the people of Delhi in his first exclusive interview. Speaking after his party’s spectacular victory in the national capital, he assured that a government will be formed in Delhi which will work together with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the central government.
Pravesh Verma, son of former Chief Minister Sahib Singh Verma, congratulated the people of Delhi and credited the victory to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President JP Nadda and Union Home Minister. Verma told NDTV, “Relying on these figures, the people of Delhi have given us this mandate. I want to assure the people that when asked if he sees himself as the Chief Minister of Delhi, Verma said, “In BJP, the Chief Minister is selected by the legislative party and the leadership. You will know who will get that post.”
