The Jharkhand High Court Friday rejected Lalu Prasad’s bail software in a fodder rip-off case, rushing the RJD president’s likelihood of quick free up from prison. Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh became down Prasad’s bail request within the Dumka treasury case, an offshoot of the multi- crore rupees fodder rip-off.
