Justice Aparesh Kumar Singh became down Prasad’s bail request within the Dumka treasury case, an offshoot of the multi- crore rupees fodder rip-off.

The Jharkhand High Court Friday rejected Lalu Prasad’s bail software in a fodder rip-off case, rushing the RJD president’s likelihood of quick free up from prison. The court docket stated for the reason that RJD supremo has to serve two extra months in prison to finish part of the tenure of his overall sentence within the case, the bail plea isn’t granted and requested him to document a recent software after two months. Prasad has already received bail in 3 out of the 4 instances of the fodder rip-off wherein he has been convicted and acceptance of his request within the case associated with unlawful withdrawal of Rs 3.13 crore from the Dumka treasury will have helped him pop out of the prison.
